1. 1. Brief description: This is a procedure to help Iphone users to understand how to answer a
call. I have included screenshots to provide further clarity to the users.
To Answer aCall
When there is an incoming call, the phonerings and displays the name or number
of the caller.
There are two ways to answer the call
On a locked screen to answer the call:
Locked screen displays ‘slideto answer button’.
1. Slide the phone icon to the right.
Now you are connected to the caller.
Start the conversation now.
2. On an open screen you see four buttons Remindme, Message, Decline and
Acceptas in this example.
To answer the call:
1. Choosethe Accept button.
Now you are connected to the caller.

3. 2. Brief description: This is a task topic I had written as an assignment in my
class. Here I have included every detailed step a user must perform, to get a
photo taken for passport application. Keeping in mind the diversity of users I
have used a clear and simple language.
Getting a passport photo taken
To have your passport photo taken, find a professional photographer or
ask a friend to take your photo.

Your passport photo must reflect your current appearance so get your
photo taken within six months before you apply for your passport.
1. Put on clothing that you normally wear everyday.
Note: Do not wear uniform unless you wear it daily for religious purposes.
2. Remove anything that covers your face or head unless you wear it for
religious or medical reasons.

Reminder: Take your photo along with Form DS-11 and proof of your
citizenship, when applying for passport.
5. 3. Brief description: This a test case, derived from a use case. This test case has been written
to test how a user can send an incoming call directly to voicemail. It has been designed in a
table form and provides step by step instructions to the testers. In the notes column the tester
can write down the observations. This test helps to determine if the product works according to
the requirements set by stakeholders. It will also give an insight to the problems a user is facing
and how he or she reacts to them.
