a score based on a
10 point scale
algorithm
• Relevancy Scoring
When a member applies for a job…
• The applicants are
stored maintained
within the job slot in
Recruiter
• No score is given to
indicate how
qualified the
applicant is to the
job description
• No Relevancy Scoring
Proposal…
• Use the Algorithm
already in place for
the Relevancy
Scoring of the
Profile Matches for
the Job Applicants
• Include new search
filter “Quality of
Candidate”
(options are 10, 9,
8, 7, etc)
Proposal…
• Include Relevancy
of candidates
within reporting
module:
– “Average Quality of
Candidate”
– “Number of quality
candidates 8+
points”

  • 2. When a job is posted into a job slot… • Up to 50 Profile Matches are automatically served • Matches are given a score based on a 10 point scale algorithm • Relevancy Scoring
  • 3. When a member applies for a job… • The applicants are stored maintained within the job slot in Recruiter • No score is given to indicate how qualified the applicant is to the job description • No Relevancy Scoring
  • 4. Proposal… • Use the Algorithm already in place for the Relevancy Scoring of the Profile Matches for the Job Applicants • Include new search filter “Quality of Candidate” (options are 10, 9, 8, 7, etc)
  • 5. Proposal… • Include Relevancy of candidates within reporting module: – “Average Quality of Candidate” – “Number of quality candidates 8+ points”
