- 1. It ismy pleasure to recommend Joe Van Thuyne. For several months I was fortunate to have Joe as my coach. Our work together focused on communication with specific attention regarding communicating new ideas. Joe is clearly an expert in his field. He is a consummate professional with experience which is both quite specific and also appears to be influenced by a broad perspective. These attributes contributed to a unique ability to observe and understand the unique culture of our organization, tailoring his recommendations to be in sync with our needs.
