Here are the key applications available in IBM SmartCloud for Social Business:
- Files - For sharing and collaborating on documents and files
- Communities - For creating online groups and discussions
- Activities - For tracking tasks, events and other activities
- Blog - For creating and sharing blog posts
- Wiki - For collaboratively editing and sharing pages of information
- Forum - For hosting online discussions
- Bookmarks - For saving and sharing web bookmarks
The applications are accessed through the navigation menu on the left side of the interface. Files, Communities and Activities are prominently featured on the main dashboard. The other applications like Blog, Wiki etc. can be found under the "More" section of the

Hi We are going to talk for a couple of hours about SmartCloud for Social Business. My name is Mats Jansson and with me I have: Peder Jernaeus. We both come from Donova, an IBM Premier Business Partner in the Nordics. Together we have a lot of experience in IBM Social platforms and offerings.
To make sure You are on the right flight this morning we'd like to tell You something about the coverage. As SmartCloud for Social Business is a very wide offering there ar quite a few things we're no covering in this session. As this is a beginners session we're not covering things like integration, Oauth, SAML and so on. We're not going to talk about things that includes SmartCloud Notes. There is a log of other session doing that.
