• Access to all store employees’ names, positions within the company, and contact

Proposed Solution

Alternatives
• Increased strict attendance and dress policies, etc.
JCPenney Company Recommendation:
• Implement these communication programs and improve the
employee website and its stores will see a positive impact on
employee attendance and morale.
Conclusion
• “Lots of good ideas as possibilities but contact info of
everyone should be private and not shared. Too
many things can go wrong as a result.”
•“This is a great idea that I have never thought
about before. I'm going to present this idea to
my management team at my job. I think this
could have lots of potential.”
