This document provides a recapitulation of public complaints (DUMAS) and their follow up resolutions from January to March 2018 received by the Metro Jakarta South Police Resort. It includes 19 total complaints, of which 5 (26%) have been resolved while 15 remain unresolved. Each complaint is listed with details such as the complainant, case type, complaint letter number and date, follow up actions taken by the police station or task force, and current status. The summary is intended to track the handling of public complaints and facilitate their timely resolution.
