[씨드스쿨] T들에게 감사편지 쓰기 프로젝트
2016년 씨드스쿨 제3회 꿈프로젝트 공모전에 참가한 북서울 씨드스쿨 홍수민 씨드의 꿈프로젝트입니다.
1. 안녕하세요 저는 2학년 4반 홍수민 입니다.
2. 제 발표의 목차는 발표자 소개, 주제선정이유, 준비과정, 결과 그리고 느낀 점으로 구성되어 있습니다.
3. 제가 발표할 내용은(창의코칭 모든 T분들께 감사카드 쓰기)입니다. 앞에서 소개했듯이 제 이름은 홍수민이고 저와 같이 동행한 T는 멍T입니다.
4. 제가 감사카드 쓰기 주제를 정한 이유는 1학기 씨드스쿨 때 모든T들분의 별명을 외우지 못하고 전부다 친해지지 못해서 조금이라도 친해지고 같이 이야기 하는 시간을 가질 수 있으면 좋겠다 생각해서 이 주제를 정했습니다. 제 프로젝트는 주로 1:1시간을 통해 이루어 졌습니다.
5. 첫 번째 준비과정은 T카들을 만들어 T분들의 별명을 외우기 입니다.
6. 두 번째는 감사카드 쓸 카드지를 준비해 편지작성하기 입니다.
7. 세 번째는 편지에 붙일 해당T와 사진 찍기 입니다. 사진에 나온 T는 호T, 라유T, 기쁨M 입니다. 우리 정말 친해보이죠?
8. 네 번째는 T와 찍은 사진을 출력해 자른 뒤 카드 뒤에 사진을 붙이기 입니다. 사진 출력과 자르고 붙이는 것은 멍T가 도와 주었습니다.
9. 다섯 번째는 카드와 사진이 손상되지 않도록 포장을 하기 입니다.
10. 여섯 번째로 멍T와 1:1 개별 시간에도 카페에 가서 저는 편지를 쓰고 멍T는 T분들과 찍은 사진을 잘라 카드에 붙여주었습니다. 그리고 대본을 조금 짜고 PPT 를 만들어 보았습니다. 멍T가 옆에서 도와줘서 더 빨리 끝낼 수 있었던 것 같습니다.
11. 그리고 개별시간을 마치고 멍T와 맛있는 점심도 먹었습니다. 매운걸 잘 못 먹어서 조금 남기기도 했지만 맛있게 잘 먹었답니다.
12. 여덟 번째는 최종적으로 카드를 다 적고 포장까지 한 완성 모습입니다.
13. 그리고 제가 감사카드 만드는 과정을 영상으로 준비해 보았는데 짧지만 재미있게 감상해 주세요!
14. 결과는 제가 해냈습니다! 25장의 카드를 다 완성하고 창의 코칭 모든T분들에게 제 작은 마음을 전달할 수 있게 되었습니다. 물론 옆에서 멍T가 많이 도와주었지만요.
15. 이 꿈 프로젝트를 하면서 느낀 점은 친하지 않았던 T분들과 이야기 하기 어려웠었는데 옆에서 멍T가 도와 주셔서 잘 이야기 할 수 있었습니다. 그리고 모든 T분들과 한번씩 이야기도 해보고 같이 사진도 찍을 수 있어서 짧지만 정말 좋은 시간 이였습니다. 멍T와 둘이 해도 시간이 조금 걸렸는데 만약 옆에 멍T가 없었더라면 50%밖에 완성을 못했을 것 같습니다. 저는 꿈 프로젝트를 성공했다고 생각 합니다. 한 학기 동안 멍T가 옆에서 많이 도와 주어서 꿈프로젝트가 잘 진행되었고 빨리 마무리 지을 수 있었던 것 같습니다. 멍T감사합니다! 2학기 씨드스쿨이 정말 빨리 끝난 것 같아서 많이 아쉽고 나중에도 모든 T분들과 또 만나는 날이 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

[꿈프로젝트-상상이룸] 나만의 레시피로 디저트만들기
1.안녕하세요. 저는 씨드 유다솔 입니다. 지금부터 꿈프로젝트 발표를 시작하겠습니다.
저의 꿈프로젝트 제목은 ‘디저트가 주는 여유의 행복’입니다.
이렇게 정한 이유는 디저트가 저와 사람들에게 여유와 행복을 주기 때문입니다.
2.발표는 T와 씨드 소개, 꿈프로젝트 소개, 꿈프로젝트 진행과정, 느낀점 순으로 진행하겠습니다.
3.그럼 먼저 저희 커플을 소개해드리겠습니다. 저는 씨드 유다솔이고, 제 T는 힐링T입니다.
저와 힐링T는 매운 음식과 디저트를 좋아하고 보라색을 좋아하는 공통점을 가지고 있습니다.
이렇게 T와 씨드 소개는 간단하게 하고 꿈프로젝트 소개로 넘어가겠습니다.
4.저는 상상이룸을 선택하였고, 주제는 ‘나만의 레시피로 디저트 만들어 보기’로 정하였습니다.
이 주제를 선택한 이유는, 아직 꿈이 정해지지 않았기 때문에 상상이룸을 통해 평소에 관심이 있던 제과제빵분야의 디저트 만들기를 체험해보기 위해서 선택하였습니다.
5.다음으로 꿈프로젝트 진행과정을 소개하겠습니다.
저는 저만의 레시피로 머랭쿠키와 마카롱을 만들었고, 그 과정을 사진으로 담아 레시피북을 직접 만들었습니다.
그럼 먼저 ‘딸기머랭쿠키’를 소개하겠습니다. 혹시 머랭쿠키를 아시나요? 머랭쿠키는 계란으로 머랭을 쳐서 오븐에 굽는 달콤한 설탕과자 입니다. 저는 과즙 식용색소를 이용해서 딸기맛과 향이 나는 머랭쿠키로 만들었는데요, 그 중 특별히 만든 하트모양의 머랭쿠키를 힐링T에게 선물했습니다.
6.그리고 두번째로 바나나 오레오 마카롱을 소개하겠습니다.
여러분은 마카롱을 좋아하시나요? 저도 마카롱을 좋아하는데요, 우연히 유튜브에서 오레오 마카롱을 만드는 영상을 보게 되었습니다. 그래서 그 영상을 참고해서 오레오 크림이 들어간 바나나 오레오 마카롱을 만들게 되었습니다. 제가 마카롱을 처음 만들어 봤는데요, 마카롱 안에 들어갈 오레오 크림을 만드는 과정이 정말 어려웠습니다. 그러나 한 번의 실패 끝에 성공을 해서 마카롱을 완성시킬 수 있었습니다.
7.그리고 이렇게 만든 머랭쿠키와 마카롱을 사진을 찍어서 레시피 북으로 만들었습니다.
저의 레시피 북이 궁금하신가요? 궁금하시다면 발표를 다 들으신 후에 전시된 제 레시피북을 보시길 바랍니다. 제 레시피 북의 특별한 점이 있다면, 사진, 글, 그림 모두 직접 제작했다는 점입니다.
8.이렇게 해서 꿈프로젝트 진행과정 소개를 마치고, 마지막으로 꿈프로젝트를 하면서 느낀점을 발표하겠습니다.
꿈프로젝트를 통해 평소에 관심있었던 마카롱과 머랭쿠키를 만들어보았습니다.
레시피를 생각해내는 것부터 만드는 것까지 모든 과정을 직접 체험해보니, 평소에 좋아하고 즐겨먹던 것들이 생각보다 많은 정성과 시간을 거쳐서 만들어진다는 것을 느꼈습니다. 그렇지만 그 과정들이 재미있었고, 다 만들고 난 후에는 스스로 해냈다는 점에서 뿌듯함을 느꼈습니다. 나중에 기회가 된다면 힐링T와 다른 친구들과 함께 다시한번 만들어보고 싶습니다. 씨드스쿨의 꿈프로젝트를 통해 제가 관심이 있는 일에 스스로 도전해보고 성취감을 맛볼 수 있는 계기가 되어 소중하고 감사한 시간이었습니다.
9.지금까지 디저트가 주는 여유의 행복이라는 주제로 발표 한 유다솔 이였습니다. 감사합니다.

How Race, Age and Gender Shape Attitudes Towards Mental Health
Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

How Race, Age and Gender Shape Attitudes Towards Mental Health
Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

I. 기획 동기 많은 대학생들이 종강 날만을 바라보며 끊임없는 과제와 짜인 시간표에 맞추어 지루하고 반복된 일상을 보내고 있습니다. 대부분의 학생들은 그 일상에 대해서 작게나마 보상심리를 갖고 있습니다. 어떤 학생은 자기 전에 음악을 듣기도 하고, 어떤 학생은 독서를 하기도 합니다. 또 큰 의미는 없지만 잠이 들기 전까지 스마트 폰을 보곤 합니다. 그중 많은 학생들이 맛있는 식사를 하는 것만으로도 지루하고 반복된 일상의 원동력을 얻는 것 같다는 생각이 들었습니다. 강의가 끝나고 나면 항상 "뭐 먹을래?" , "오늘 뭐 먹지?" 하는 이야기 가 자주 들리기도 했고, 항상 식사를 결정할 때 다수의 기호를 고려한 나머지 결정하는 시간이 오 래 걸리는 것을 보았습니다. 이런 생각을 갖고 있는 찰나에 자바 프로그래밍을 이용한 프로그래밍을 만들 기회가 생겼고, 이 와 관련된 의미 있는 프로젝트를 만들고 싶었습니다. 그래서 저희는 간단한 흥미 유발 게임과 매일 매일 식단을 정해주는 프로그램을 섞어 만들어보자는 생각을 가졌습니다. II. 프로그램 구성 -> 미니게임 1 + 미니게임 2 미니게임 1 간단한 조작의 미니게임. 점프키를 활용해 삼각 김밥을 많이 먹으면 고 득점 으로 되는 게임입니다.
- 3. 미니게임 2 미니게임 1을 실행하면 뽑기 기회가 생깁니다. 뽑기 안에서는 학생들이 공강 시간에 먹을 만한 맛있는 식당(메뉴)이 추천됩니다. // 학생들이 고민하는 메뉴 고민 시간을 줄여줍니다. III. 디자인 궁극적인 목표인 창원대학교 학생들의 식사시간의 결정시간을 줄여주는 것을 고려하여 디자인을 제작해보았습니다.
