Electronic Governance (e-Governance) acro PAWAN would
Follow a 3 Tier Structure through point of Presence (POP)
Across the various levels :
 State Head Quarter or State Network Centre (SNC)- Tier I
 District Head Quarter or District Network Centre (DNC) –Tier
II
 Sub Division Head Quarter or Sub Division Network
Centre(SDNC) and the Block Head Quarters or Block Network
Centre(BNC)- Tier III
Being the part of 40 members team with responsibility to
manage and administrate the network to troubleshoot the
problems that incurred in Network of three District Network Centres
PAWAN (Punjab Area Wide Area Network) is interconnection of the all
