                       Jamey Noel has proudly dedicated his working career in the
                       field of public service and law enforcement. His professional
                       working career began in 1987 when began to volunteer for
                       Utica Township FD and in 2000 he was the founding Fire Chief
                       of the New Chapel's Fire and EMS department. Today, he
                       continues to offer his services as a firefighter and EMS. While it
                       has been years of hard work, sweat, and blood, he has also
                       held other positions through the years including working as a
                       State Trooper, an undercover detective, and his current
                       position as Assistant District Commander of the Indiana State
                       Police.
Awards and Recognition for Jamey Noel


Jamey Noel has received three awards as well as one major recognition. In
1992, Jamey Noel received the Indiana Army Ammunition Plant Employee
Excellence Award. In 2004 he received two awards, the Indiana State Police
Life Saving Award and the Governors Award for Valor. He was also
named American Legion Police Officer of 2006. Jamey Noel is very proud
of his career as a first responder and State Police Officer. Each award
encouraged him to continue to work hard for further success.

Jamey Noel has held several chairman positions within the
Republican Party in the State of Indiana. Since 2011, he has
been an active member of the Indiana Republican Party State
Committee and held the position of Chairman of the Indiana
Republican Party 9th Congressional District. For one year
between 2008 and 2009 he served as Vice Chairman of the
Clark County Indiana Election Board. Then starting in 2009 to
present day, Jamey Noel started his service as Chairman of
the Clark County Republican Party. It has been said that he
helped turn Clark Co. from a Democrat stronghold to a true
two party system.
