11. 2 uger efter indbruddet ligger jeg i min seng og er i gang med min formiddags-hygge-læsning. Jeg ligger og overvejer hvordan jeg skal fortælle Matt om min graviditet. Vi har ikke set hinanden i snart en måned da Matt har været rundt om i verden for at reklamere for sin nye film ”Nisser vs. Lamaer!”

16. Jeg prøver på at få resten af dagen til at gå ved at være sammen med pigerne og spise mad ved madvognen.
17. Præcis klokken 17.30 står jeg ved springvandet i parken. Her ser jeg Matt nærme sig i det fjerne.
18. Matt: Jeg har tænkt over det. Jeg kan ikke opfostre et lille barn lige nu. Måske om et par år, men hvis du hungrer så meget efter det lille barn vil jeg lade dig gøre det. Jeg skal nok betale til det osv.
19. Mig: Okay lad mig lige klare tankerne. Du slår op med mig på grund af at der ville blive mere at elske i mellem os!? Matt: Jeg vil gerne se det når det er født. Jeg kan bare ikke overskue at skulle være fuldtidsfar. Brylluppet er aflyst.
20. Da Matt vendte sig om og gik var jeg nu hundrede procent sikker på at det var sidste gang vi skulle ses i et romantisk møde.
21. Da Matt var væk begyndte jeg langsomt at gå hen imod en bygning. Jeg følte mig særligt tiltrukket af den bygning og ringede på dørtelefonen.
