It is my pleasure to recommend Josh Boatright for employment within our organization. I have
known Josh for over two years during which time he worked within the food and beverage department at
the Little Nell.
I was consistently impressed with Josh’s productivity and willingness to help out wherever and whenever
needed. While he was in private dining, Josh regularly had to fill in for his manager who was constantly
out sick. Josh stepped up and performed any needed tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. His
leadership abilities definitely shined through on such occasions.
Josh is extremely motivated and I am confident that he will devote himself to a position with your
organization with a high degree of diligence. Josh is a quick learner and has shown the ability to digest
large volumes of information. In any role in F & B at the Little Nell, it is imperative to learn about all food
and wine we offer. Josh took the initiative to learn all available information as well as learning items from
other areas in our department. It was because of his hard work that Josh was promoted into the dining
room as a front server.
