The Rhode Island General Assembly's television production department, Capitol Television, needed to upgrade their 20-year old analog broadcast equipment to increase transparency of legislative proceedings and better connect with residents. They chose Ross Video's end-to-end high-definition video production solution to now cover up to seven proceedings simultaneously and stream them live. The intuitive interface made it easy for new staff to learn and the system provides clean, high-quality production with a single operator. This significantly improved transparency of government as they can now televise and stream more events.
The document discusses the TIGS (Tissue-specific Integrated Gene Set) method for analyzing gene expression data. TIGS identifies groups of genes that are co-expressed across multiple tissues to help understand how genes work together in biological pathways and processes. It aims to provide a comprehensive picture of gene co-expression relationships in human and mouse tissues.
