Milad Gad completed an ITIL® 2011 Edition Foundation: ITIL® and the Service Lifecycle course on February 13, 2016, achieving a score of 97% on the course test. He scored highest on the ITIL® Overview and Basics of Service and Service Management lessons, achieving perfect scores of 100%. His lowest score was 50% on the Lifecycle Functions and Processes lesson, but he improved that to 80%.
