The document summarizes an educational program launched by the School for Jewish Peoplehood at Beth Hatefutsoth to address the weakening sense of attachment to Israel and Jewish peoplehood among young Jews. The program aims to (1) frame Israel as an endeavor of the Jewish people, (2) teach about the ideas and events that shaped this endeavor, and (3) engage participants in shaping the Jewish future. It includes educational materials organized into four thematic units that explore the history of Zionism, the establishment of Israel, Israel-Diaspora relations over 60 years, and a vision for 2048. Educators are invited to partner in developing the evolving curriculum.

For eighty years, the Jewish Agency has convened the Jewish people in an unparalleled partnership with a singular purpose: ensuring the Jewish future with a strong Israel at its heart. Together, we have built the State of Israel, bringing over three million Jews home, transformed deserts into communities, and offered opportunity where there was once devastation.
It is the donors, partners, and philanthropists around the world who join our efforts
through both undesignated and designated funding and enabling us to make a
difference. In Israel and around the world, we are able to be the Jewish world’s
representatives as we implement strategic activities, leverage other funds raised,
operate at capacity, and respond to rapidly changing realities and emerging
situations.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

2. The story of the Jewish People, in which a nation that had been powerless and globally scattered for 2,000 years mobilized against all odds to build its own State in its ancient homeland, sounds almost like a historical fantasy. Yet it was the Jewish People that envisioned, dreamed and eventually built its own State, now celebrating its 60th anniversary. Background
3. In contrast to the dramatic success story of over 100 years of collaboration in building and sustaining the Jewish State, stands the challenge of instilling in the young generation the sense of joint ownership of that endeavor. As current research attests, most young Jews today, both in Israel and across the world, do not see Israel as the State of the Jewish People and do not identify with the notion of Jewish Peoplehood altogether. The Challenge
