This document provides instructions for verifying ISM credentials and searching their database. Users can search by last name, first name, certification type (CPSM, CSM, etc.), and certification date range. One result is shown for an individual with a CPSM credential from Brazil expiring in April 2019. It notes that results may not be accurate due to processing times and allows contacting the certification department with any questions. It also provides a link to recertification/reaccreditation forms for those within 120 days of expiration.
