. Abstract of MBV:
In this project; Blind people were our target as we had seen in m any research
articles, Researchers found that it is possible to cre ate a device that enables blind
people to recognize and interact with the surrounding environment.
. MBV is composed of:
A camera will play the role of the eye that capture the image and send it to the
mobile. The mobile in turn will receive this image via Bluetooth. This is followed by
the mobile which will detect and recognize this image with the help of our installed
program which we shall design and implement. Th e information about the captured
person image will then be sent to a related headphone Bluetooth device, to enable
a blind to recognize this person any place any time. The mobile the blind owns will
act as a server. The client side will be represented in the camera and the Bluetooth
headphone.
