This document is a Teacher's Individual Plan for Professional Development (IPPD) for the 2022-2023 school year. The teacher has identified two priority needs: developing effective teaching strategies to promote critical thinking and planning strategies responsive to learners' special needs.
The teacher's goals are to improve their use of various teaching strategies to develop higher-order thinking skills and plan strategies responsive to learners' special needs. They will actively participate in trainings, seek advice from administrators, and review materials. The teacher expects to enhance their content knowledge and improve student promotion rates and performance by the third and fourth quarters. The school head has committed to implementing and reviewing the plan.
