At one place when SENSEX and NIFTY has touched
new high, street is concerned about the high valuation
of stocks. In view of huge liquidity and investors
bullishness, equity market is not appearing to take a
rest.
I believe that investors need to learn the basic
investment behaviour during such peak of market or
the opposite. Managing your emotional behaviour
becomes very important during such market. Read this

Best is yet to

Many analyst were proven
wrong in terms of predicting
the market run up. Analyst
believe that there is lot of
steam left in the market, you
need to focus upon the
changing Business Cycle and
play stock specific. Among
Mutual Funds, Flexicap Fund
and Business Cycle Fund can
be a good choice
In this Newsletter, we have covered important
market indicators and an important chapter on
choosing right investment products during such
market which has already shown a run up of
almost 45%. In this issue we have covered a two
special category of Funds - ESG and Business
Cycle Fund. Please read details in "Investment
Mantra' section.
As for SIPs, we have always motivated our
readers to top it up with some extra allocation if
your cash flow allows. Please do not time your
investments in SIP (Systematic Investment Plan),
just do it under your compulsory savings plan.
Best Wishes and Happy Diwali.

Newsletters are published
by clubs, churches,
societies, associations, and
businesses—especially
companies—to provide
information of interest to
members, customers, or
employees. Google's
definition of a newsletter
is, "a bulletin issued
periodically to the
members of a society,
business, or
organization." A newsletter
may be considered "grey
literature".
Market has shown robust growth from
previous Diwali to this Diwali. Nifty grew
from 12461 on 9th Nov 2020 to 17961 as on
4th Nov 2021, almost 45% of ROI. SENSEX
grew from 42597 on 9th Nov 2020 to 60067
as on 4th Nov 2021, almost 41% of ROI
Most analyst and investment coach believes
that the bull run will continue for next 4-5
years. At the same point they want
investors to understand a fact"
ROI may not be equally high; returns
will surely get adjusted over a period of
time. In current market situation,
reinvestment Risk is the bigger Risk !
Hence its clearly the time to remain
invested in Equities; but one should
choose the right mix of stocks or Funds
to get the best out of the rally.

INVESTMENT MANTRA

What is ESG Fund ?
ESG is the abbreviation of environmental, social, and governance.
Many investors across India prefer to invest in ESG compliant companies. ESG funds are
those funds whose asset allocation mostly includes shares and bonds of companies that are
evaluated based on the factors of environmental, social, and governance.
The ESG companies are assessed stringently on their sustainability before they are given the
tag. The ESG parameters reflect on an organisation’s culture, the risk involved, and
management, among other things. Hence ESG funds become suitable for those that believes in
sustainability and conscious approach towards the environment. An organisation is said to be
ESG compliant if it meets all the criteria of environmental, social, and governance standards.
As announced by hon'ble PM of India during COP26 Glasgow 2021 climate change conference,
India will target to become pollution free country by 2070. This is a huge statement and
commitment from the country like India. India is becoming more conscious of pollution
control and climate change. Companies that are strictly following all the steps to protect the
ecosystem around its factories and outlets are not in the firing line of the regulators, and
chances of being shut down are reasonably low. The possibility of the business being shut
down is higher for those who do not abide by the set of rules and norms to protect the
environment. Similarly worlds top leaders are dedicated towards this theme of Climate
Change and pollution control. These initiatives will certainly benefit the companies which are
ESG compliance.
The ESG funds carefully evaluate companies and choose to invest in shares of those
companies that are genuinely ESG compliant. Given below are the list of ESG funds available
in India.

What is Flexicap Fund ?
Flexi-cap funds are those funds which invest in companies across the market capitalisation spectrum, i.e.
large-cap, mid-cap and small-cap stocks. These funds invest in the stocks of all the large-cap, mid-cap
and small-cap companies.
Looking to invest across the market and put your money in outlier small-cap companies, emerging
mid-cap companies and reliable, blue-chip, large-cap companies, all at once, but don’t want to
constantly decide on their category-wise allocation every time? If yes, flexi-cap funds are the way to go.
A flexi-cap fund allows investors to diversify their investment portfolio across companies of different
market capitalisation, mitigating risk and lowering volatility. They are also referred to as diversified
equity funds or multi-cap funds.
Unlike mid-cap or small-cap funds where the funds focus on stocks based on market capitalisation,
flexi-cap funds can invest in any company irrespective of the company's market capitalisation. The fund
manager assesses the growth potential of various companies regardless of its size and invests the money
across various market segments and companies. In the current market scenario when investors are not
clear about the direction of the market flexi cap funds are the best choice for equity investments.
Given below are the list of some good flexi cap funds :-

What is Business Cycle Fund ?
Those who wish to take the benefit of first mover advantage and do not wish to take the risks
involved of investing in sectoral funds can invest in the business cycle funds.
Like we experience cycles when it comes to weather (summer-monsoon-winter), the economy
too goes through cycles. When it comes to the economy, there are four distinct phases. In the
boom and recovery phase, the economy does relatively better whereas during depression and
recession phase, the overall level of economic activities comes down. The journey of an
economy through each of these phases is called a business cycle. The change in a cycle can be
triggered due to various reasons which include factors such as interest, inflation etc.
The duration of each of these phases and that of an entire business cycle is not always the
same. Therefore, one cannot easily predict when a phase will begin or end. However, there are
certain indicators which can help indicate the change in the phase of a business cycle. For
example: The increase in bank credit and orders for capital goods companies may point
towards the onset of recovery phase while hyperinflation accompanied with higher interest
rates points towards imminent reversal of the boom phase. What one needs to be mindful
about is that the time period between the lead indicator and the actual change is difficult to
predict - says Balwant Jain from financial express.
Given below are the list of some good Business Cycle funds :-

Inspiring Case Story of
Mr. Ram Sarvan L
In this issue we have picked up the story of Mr. Ram Sarvan L aged 34 years, who runs a
Hardware Retail Shop and generate approximate income of Rs 14 Lacs per year.
At the age of 24 he planned to save and create an education kitty for his daughter aged 2 years
then. He had a target of creating a corpus of Rs. 1 Crore when his daughter would be 18 years of
age. ie. his target started in 2011 and would finish by 2029.
We calculated the investments requirements of Rs. 25000 per month to reach the desired target.
He selected five diversifies equity funds and divided Rs. 5000 in each. Today after around 10
years of his investments he has almost reached the desired target. Based on his current value we
estimate his total corpus to hit Rs. 2 Crore plus if he continues with the SIP for next 6 years.
Please see the reference table below :-
Once again this story inspires every investors for creating a purpose and target for their
financial requirements. It is proven time again that SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) is the best
investment process and tool to achieve all your financial targets.
The power of compounding converts your SIP Investments into a Big wealth if you stick with
any good equity scheme and allocate adequate time to it. Generally it is advice to keep a
minimum tenure of 7 - 10 years to any SIP for best results.
Disclaimer : The name of the Schemes shown in above table are specific to this case story of Mr.
Ram Sarvan L; and it is should not be a taken as recommendation or advice from our side. You
are advised to select your SIP according to your risk profile and investment tenure. The
minimum investment to start an SIP is Rs. 500 per month

1. Look for the right coverage
Choose a health plan that secures you against a wide range of medical problems and provides
benefits including pre and post hospitalization, daycare expenses, transportation, illnesses that
you may be at risk of due to your family's medical history, etc. If you are buying health
insurance for your family, check whether the policy meets the needs of each member of your
family. Consider your requirements, compare plans on benefits and costs and apply a little due
diligence to choose a plan that caters to your needs.
2. Keep it affordable
While it is important to buy a health plan that meets your needs, it is equally important that it
suits your pocket as well. Budget is a hugely important aspect when buying health insurance.
But, you should consider the plan benefits before you consider the price of the plan. It is a wise
decision to buy a reasonably priced health cover at the start to ensure you are covered properly
and the premiums are also affordable. With time, you can review your plan and increase cover
appropriately with the rise of income, family size, and requirements.

You need a mediclaim policy because it pays for
many of your medical expenses during medical
emergencies, up to a certain pre-decided amount.
This amount is the sum insured or coverage
amount that is pre-decided between the
mediclaim policy provider and you.

A mediclaim policy also provides:
What is Mediclaim Policy ?
How to chose best Mediclaim Policy ?
6. Network hospital coverage
Once you have a selected list of health plans, check whether or not your preferred hospitals and
doctors are included in their hospital network. Always prefer an insurance provider that has a wide
network of hospitals across the world. You can choose from 5,000+ network hospitals where you
can avail quick, convenient and cashless claims settlement!
7. High claim settlement ratio
The claim settlement ratio is the number of claims settled by the insurance provider over the total
received claims. Always choose an insurer that has a high claim settlement ratio.
Use above tips to maximize your benefits when you plan for a Mediclaim insurance. It is an
investment that you are making to safeguard yourself from the financial burden of high
healthcare costs – make sure you make the most of it.
3. Prefer family over individual health plans
Individual plans are good for individuals who do not have a family to support. However, if you are
buying health insurance keeping your family in mind, purchase a family health plan to enjoy
maximum benefits at a more affordable price.
4. Choose a plan with lifetime renewability
When you buy a health plan, make sure to check for how many years the plan will cover you or
whether it offers limited renewability or not. Why? Because you will require a health plan the
most during the later years of age. So, choose health plans which offer lifetime renewability.

  • 3. Newsletters are published by clubs, churches, societies, associations, and businesses—especially companies—to provide information of interest to members, customers, or employees. Google's definition of a newsletter is, "a bulletin issued periodically to the members of a society, business, or organization." A newsletter may be considered "grey literature".  Market has shown robust growth from previous Diwali to this Diwali. Nifty grew from 12461 on 9th Nov 2020 to 17961 as on 4th Nov 2021, almost 45% of ROI. SENSEX grew from 42597 on 9th Nov 2020 to 60067 as on 4th Nov 2021, almost 41% of ROI Most analyst and investment coach believes that the bull run will continue for next 4-5 years. At the same point they want investors to understand a fact" ROI may not be equally high; returns will surely get adjusted over a period of time. In current market situation, reinvestment Risk is the bigger Risk ! Hence its clearly the time to remain invested in Equities; but one should choose the right mix of stocks or Funds to get the best out of the rally. • 4. What is ESG Fund ? ESG is the abbreviation of environmental, social, and governance. Many investors across India prefer to invest in ESG compliant companies. ESG funds are those funds whose asset allocation mostly includes shares and bonds of companies that are evaluated based on the factors of environmental, social, and governance. The ESG companies are assessed stringently on their sustainability before they are given the tag. The ESG parameters reflect on an organisation’s culture, the risk involved, and management, among other things. Hence ESG funds become suitable for those that believes in sustainability and conscious approach towards the environment. An organisation is said to be ESG compliant if it meets all the criteria of environmental, social, and governance standards. As announced by hon'ble PM of India during COP26 Glasgow 2021 climate change conference, India will target to become pollution free country by 2070. This is a huge statement and commitment from the country like India. India is becoming more conscious of pollution control and climate change. Companies that are strictly following all the steps to protect the ecosystem around its factories and outlets are not in the firing line of the regulators, and chances of being shut down are reasonably low. The possibility of the business being shut down is higher for those who do not abide by the set of rules and norms to protect the environment. Similarly worlds top leaders are dedicated towards this theme of Climate Change and pollution control. These initiatives will certainly benefit the companies which are ESG compliance. The ESG funds carefully evaluate companies and choose to invest in shares of those companies that are genuinely ESG compliant. Given below are the list of ESG funds available in India. www.invrajatfinserve.com Page 04
  • 5. What is Flexicap Fund ? Flexi-cap funds are those funds which invest in companies across the market capitalisation spectrum, i.e. large-cap, mid-cap and small-cap stocks. These funds invest in the stocks of all the large-cap, mid-cap and small-cap companies. Looking to invest across the market and put your money in outlier small-cap companies, emerging mid-cap companies and reliable, blue-chip, large-cap companies, all at once, but don’t want to constantly decide on their category-wise allocation every time? If yes, flexi-cap funds are the way to go. A flexi-cap fund allows investors to diversify their investment portfolio across companies of different market capitalisation, mitigating risk and lowering volatility. They are also referred to as diversified equity funds or multi-cap funds. Unlike mid-cap or small-cap funds where the funds focus on stocks based on market capitalisation, flexi-cap funds can invest in any company irrespective of the company's market capitalisation. The fund manager assesses the growth potential of various companies regardless of its size and invests the money across various market segments and companies. In the current market scenario when investors are not clear about the direction of the market flexi cap funds are the best choice for equity investments. Given below are the list of some good flexi cap funds :- www.invrajatfinserve.com Page 05
  • 6. What is Business Cycle Fund ? Those who wish to take the benefit of first mover advantage and do not wish to take the risks involved of investing in sectoral funds can invest in the business cycle funds. Like we experience cycles when it comes to weather (summer-monsoon-winter), the economy too goes through cycles. When it comes to the economy, there are four distinct phases. In the boom and recovery phase, the economy does relatively better whereas during depression and recession phase, the overall level of economic activities comes down. The journey of an economy through each of these phases is called a business cycle. The change in a cycle can be triggered due to various reasons which include factors such as interest, inflation etc. The duration of each of these phases and that of an entire business cycle is not always the same. Therefore, one cannot easily predict when a phase will begin or end. However, there are certain indicators which can help indicate the change in the phase of a business cycle. For example: The increase in bank credit and orders for capital goods companies may point towards the onset of recovery phase while hyperinflation accompanied with higher interest rates points towards imminent reversal of the boom phase. What one needs to be mindful about is that the time period between the lead indicator and the actual change is difficult to predict - says Balwant Jain from financial express. Given below are the list of some good Business Cycle funds :- Disclaimer : Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. The NAVs of the schemes may go up or down depending upon the factors and forces affecting the securities market including the fluctuations in the interest rates. The past performance of the mutual funds is not necessarily indicative of future performance of the schemes. The Mutual Fund is not guaranteeing or assuring any dividend under any of the schemes and the same is subject to the availability and adequacy of distributable surplus. Investors are requested to review the prospectus carefully and obtain expert professional advice with regard to specific legal, tax and financial implications of the investment/participation in the scheme. www.invrajatfinserve.com Page 06
