MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
A Standard pattern of working has been attached herewith for your readily references however
we can workout a pattern suitable for both of us for better results.
We now look forward for your valuable enquiry in the above matter.
We have developed a standard pattern for working which is as follows.
A. One time maintenance (Preventive Maintenance):-
Complete maintenance of your equipment changing of spares, alignments & testing by
authorities.
B. Yearly Contract:- AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract )
We will inspecting your equipment once in a month for loosening of parts, lubrication, brake
setting, assessment of part to be changed both mechanical & electrical inspection, cleaning of
electrical equipment, inspection of rails. We will attend a minor faults. Breakdowns occur
due to failure of parts or accidents will be at an extra cost.
C. Spares :-
We can arrange all types of spares.
D. Technical Consultancy:-
We can guide in deciding of equipments from reputed suppliers, follow-up for delivery and
arrange inspection at supplier’s end any other suitable pattern for working rather than the
above can be workout with mutual understanding.
