Les réseaux sociaux offrent la possibilité de créer des relations et des échanges entre personnes qui ont des goûts de contenus communs. Il existe de très nombreux réseaux sociaux.
Dans cet environnement, la présence sur les médias et réseaux sociaux nécessite des ressources et parfois des budgets de promotion. Au vu de ces éléments, il va donc être important dans la gestion et l’animation de réseaux sociaux, d’être, a minima, organisé afin de gérer au mieux, en fonction de ses objectifs, le contenu à publier, à quel moment, sur quel réseau social, qui le fait, etc.
