This internship in London provided Harry with valuable lessons. He helped prepare welcome packs for new students and contacted local businesses. Through this experience, Harry learned the importance of professionalism in all tasks. Strong communication skills and enjoying one's work are also important for success in an office environment. Harry admired his manager's passion and work ethic. This internship was an unforgettable experience that taught Harry much more than he could have learned otherwise.

OxfordandI’ve justfinishedmyinternshipinLondon.
I was an interninStudentServicesdepartment inHultInternational BusinessSchoollocatedinEast
London.This meanwe have to make sure everythinghave tobe readywhenthe new studentscome and
helpthe school organizingevents.
For example,one of myfirstjobswhenI arrivedisto prepare a welcome packfor350 new students
whichinclude:tube maps,oystercardapplication,studentdiscountvoucher, etc.
Alsoduringthese time Ihave tocall or email of the companyor local amenitiesto come toour vendor
fairorganizinginSeptember.Eventhough,Ihave beenstudyingEnglishformanyyearsbutI findit’s
quite challengingtoaskingthese the calmandprofessional toneswhichI’ve neverdone before.
The three mainthings I learnedthroughthisinternship:Firstisthatnomatterwhat kindof jobsthat you
are workingyouhave todo it withprofessional attitude,frombigthingslikeemailingacompanyasking
for studentvoucherorsmall thinglike makingaposteryouhave to doeverythingwithprofession.For
example,everyinformationorcontenthave tobe clearlywrittenandpresented,the logoof the school
have to be in the exactsize inveryformatand everythinghastobe perfect.
The secondthingI gainis the importskillsyouneedtohave inthe office:communicationisthe most
significantskill, if youhave aproblem,askyourmanageror anyone thatcan help,enjoywhatyoudo
and do whatyoudo best.
The third thingisthe office environmentcouldbe reallyfunafterall of the hardwork hours,inmy office
theyhave thisthingcall Fat Friday,so whathappenis on Friday theybroughtforus a lot of food for
everyone toenjoythemselves.
I really admiredmymanager, she isreallypassionateabout herjob,alwayshardworkingandnot
wastingtime. She taughtme howto do myjobsthe bestthat I can. I rememberthatone time she told
me that: “whentheytrustyou with thisjob youhave to make sure everythingisperfect”. Andthatis
somethingIam notgoingto forget.For his reason,she couldbe quietstrictinthe office sometime.
However,outsideof the office she isreallyfunperson tohangoutwith.She reallylove goingtomarkets.
In the end, I see thisinternshipwasthe brilliant andunforgettable experience,I’ve learnedsomuch
more than I evercould before.Iwouldhighlyrecommendthisopportunitytoyou.Itreallyworththe try.
