Extreme programming
Extreme Programming (XP) is an agile software development methodology that uses short development cycles, frequent code integration, testing, and customer feedback. The key principles of XP include satisfying customer needs through frequent code/test cycles, close communication between developers and customers, simplicity through small releases, and flexibility to changing requirements. The main activities in XP are coding, testing, listening to customers, and designing simple solutions that can be expanded later based on feedback.

Mike Dauphinais created the hack Cupido using Cisco Spark and Apidaze. Its a merge conflict manager: in case of local changes that might create a merge conflict, a room is created to discuss about it. He won prizes from both Cisco and Apidaze.
Captivate7 and Creative Cloud
This is the slide deck from my presentation on Captivate 7 and Adobe Creative Cloud from the Adobe Learning Summit/DevLearn 2013 Seminar. It links to a handout that will cover using Photoshop, Bridge, Audition, and Edge Animate with Captivate 7 eLearning projects.

The document outlines a lesson where students will create logos for a fictional company called JogsTech to advertise a new piece of technology. The learning outcomes are that all students will create a basic logo, most will combine images and text effectively, and some will use advanced software features to create a professional logo. Students are provided criteria for professional logos and instructed to design a 5x5 inch logo with a white background, at least one shape or image, the text "JogsTech", and professional colors. Upon completion, students should export their logo and fill out an evaluation form.
Summary of our workers
We have 84 specialists across programming, QA and graphic design. Programming is our largest group with 58 specialists, 35 of whom have significant experience, and 20 know gaming and 16 know mobile. For QA we have 20 specialists, 11 experienced, with 6 having experience in automatic testing and 8 in web testing. Finally we have 15 graphic designers, 12 of whom are experienced, and 7 know how to design websites.
