It is with pleasure to state Kyle Solis has successfully completed the L2L Management Training Internship
at Waterway Carwash in Kansas City. The internship concluded May 8th
, 2016.
The internship provided Mr. Solis exposure to an overview of business operations and professional
development including and not limited to Service Quality Management, Process Improvement, Team
Building, Sales, Marketing, Facilities Maintenance, Profitability, Administrative and Risk Management.
Each phase of the program focused on different themes which included self‐guided educational
curriculum providing a well‐rounded experience. The educational curriculum incorporated outside
resources to help deliver the material. These resources included articles, lectures, videos and formal
courses. Throughout the program he also took part in Franklin Covey’s highly regarded 7 Habits and 5
Choices training.
During the internship Mr. Solis successfully balanced his scholastic responsibilities with work and
extracurricular activities. He continuously demonstrated a friendly and dedicated approach to his work.
He did not hold back and was willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. Mr. Solis developed
long lasting customer relationships and was exposed to what it takes to run a successful business.
