4. Founded in 1958, Metaltork is located in Diadema/SP,
has been manufacturing for 65 years fasteners and
special parts for critical application, working in
automotive industry, trucks, road equipment,
agricultural machinery, construction machinery, shafts,
engines, brakes, steering systems and industry

with capacities between 6 to 36 mm in diameter and 10 to 330 mm in length.
High productivity automatic thread rolling machines.
12. REX heat treatment furnace with tempered
heated belt technology and CQI-9.

Four continuous heat treatment lines with controlled
atmosphere, dosing balance, process parameter controls
suitable to CQI-9, with a production capacity up to 2,000
tons / month.

14. Development of a new DTT (torque and tension machine) with ability to
realize ductility, torque and tension tests on bolts up to 72 millimeter of
