2. Sixty (60)persons comprising of one Assistant Superintendent, one Inspector and one Sergeant
from each of the nine (9) police divisions and different units and departments including the
a) Guard and Emergency Branch GEB,
b) Inter-Agency Task Force IATF,
c) Northern, Eastern, Central, Western and Southern Division Task Force Units,
d) Criminal Investigations Department CID (Port of Spain, Tunapuna, Chaguanas, Arima, San
Fernando, Rio Claro, St James, Morvant and Scarborough),
e) FRAUD SQUAD,
f) Financial Investigation Bureau FIB,
g) Organized Crime Narcotics and Firearm Bureau OCNFB,
h) Special Branch SB and
i) Other external agencies of Trinidad and Tobago
In Source Handling and Management in May 2012 on behalf of the TTPS Academy.
3. Eighty Two (82) persons comprising of Inspectors, Sergeants, Corporals, and Constables from
the different specialist sections of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) such as, the
a) Criminal Gang and Intelligence Unit (CGIU),
b) Special Branch (SB),
c) Organized Crime Narcotics and Firearm Bureau (OCNFB),
d) Fraud Squad,
e) Financial Investigations Bureau (FIB),
f) Criminal Investigations Department (CID)
And other external agencies belonging to the National Security community of the Ministry of
National Security of Trinidad and Tobago in Gang Investigation and Prosecution in conjunction
with Justice Gillian Lucky in April 2015 on behalf of the TTPS Academy.
4. Twenty Four (24) persons comprising of personnel from the
a. Criminal Gang and Intelligence Unit (CGIU) and
b. Organized Crime Narcotics and Firearm Bureau (OCNFB)
In Basic Photography, Surveillance Photography and Secret Photography in August 2015 on
behalf of the TTPS Academy.
5. Twenty Seven (27) persons comprising of personnel from the different specialist
departments within the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) such as, the
a) Criminal Gang and Intelligence Unit (CGIU),
b) Special Branch (SB),
c) Organized Crime Narcotics and Firearm Bureau (OCNFB),

Having networked with the US Department of Justice and Justice Gillian Lucky I am now the TTPS facilitator
of Gang Investigation and Prosecution courses conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigations FBI in
Trinidad and Tobago dealing with the local content of our gang problems and experiences.
