Instructor Gary Nicholas has provided training to over 500 personnel from the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service and other national and regional security agencies in areas related to intelligence gathering and investigations such as source handling and management, gang investigations and prosecution, surveillance, photography and intelligence analysis since 2011. He has also collaborated with US agencies like the FBI to adapt their gang programs to address issues in Trinidad and Tobago.
