Working in public security in Brazil was challenging due to reliance on foreign technologies and lack of standards integration. There was no data exchange between police and security departments, hampering efficient actions against violence. Black Bee co-founder Robson Andrade saw an opportunity to build a national company that developed customized solutions for public security, providing integration with existing systems and new technologies for knowledge extraction. The initial goal was to design solutions tailored to each department's needs within Brazil's realities and requirements.

The circumstances were not very positive. Working on Public Security in Brazil was a thorny task a few years ago, since all the technologies implanted
in the country were products from other parts of the world, including their licenses. A normalization based on international standards did not supply
the necessities entirely and also hampered one of the bases for a good police work: the integration factor.
The absence of data exchange between police and other national security departments made it difficult to establish more efficient actions to
combat violence. "The important idea of aggregation amans policemen, so criminalization started to be organized upon the same concept. They
used cameras, along with database information and a very intelligent work. Meanwhile the police were considerably behind."

national company, that still worked with Public Security, within the reality and needs of a brasilian corporation. At the time he was a specialized
consultant on management, development and implementation of numerous projects that were successful in the country.
He says the initial goal was to build personalized solutions according to the department where they would be implanted, providing integration with
the existing systems, and also with new technologies that are very efficient on knowledge extraction.
