The aim of this project is to explore new ways of developing fashion collections in relation to respect the environment and people. That is to say, to generate a minimum impact on nature for what we are producing and to make the activities related to this production have positive effects in the communities in which they develop (such as giving support to artisan communities, quality workplaces, Social projects ...) In order to fulfill this objective, two different ways have been experimented: pattern (form) and color, which are, in fact, the basic language of fashion. In the field of patternmaking an open and creative system is devised to create pieces that don't generate waste in the cutting phase, the "Zero Waste" pattern. In the field of color, the exciting world of natural dyes, which have fallen into oblivion in recent years, is widely investigated for its great creative potential. In particular, indigo dyeing is explored in depth, with all the adjacent methods of dye, reserve and stamping that it carries with it as it passes through different cultures.
