Specifications
The SP Dome is destined to be the flagship of In2Structures’ Dome
Venues. This venue will retain the shape of the Maxi Dome whilst
offering an extended width of 33m and rigging height of 15,5m
internally.
The increased size does not compromise loading capacity in any
way – the SP Dome can accommodate over 3,5 ton loading per arch
and additional arches can be added (every 3m across each 6m bay)
to increase points and loading capacity, if required. In2Structures has
invested in heavy-duty Tri Keder extrusion to suit the wide spans and
girder arrangements of the new SP Dome. The introduction of a fork
and pin system dramatically speeds up assembly time, so that a 3200
m2 SP Dome can be installed within the same time frame as a 2100 m2
Maxi Dome.
