2. Desk of Check in Counter is too high

Agents should stand up when doing transactions.
Used cups and newspaper strewn
everywhere…
TV not working.
And
TV electrical
cords must be
kept out of sight
or neatly tucked.
3. Coffee station is a very nice touch
however several guests could not figure
out how to operate the coffee machine.
Set-up can be done more professionally in
relationship to the stature of this hospital.
4. This cart with boxes have been
parked at the entrance of the
hospital in full view of arriving
guests from the time of my
arrival until I left 3 hours later…
5. Unprofessional demeanor and
postures of Information Desk Staff.
There were times they were reading
their iphones and/or talking to each
other as guests pass them by
(including myself) without providing
any salutation or asking if assistance
is needed.
I asked for wifi connectivity and
both staff simply pointed the card
and continued talking to each other.
6. No more sterilizing liquid on
this dispenser.

The signs are nice however,
only guests who are
leaving can read this.
8. “Cleanliness and Orderliness”
Furniture in disarray, curled hospital newspapers, wilted plants
with dead leaves, used paper cups and debris can be seen (and
smelled) everywhere and in all the three floors that I was able to
walk through.
It will be good to have electrical plugs in seating areas/waiting
areas as I’ve seen some guests sitting on floors to plug in.
12. Several guests approached this desk for
assistance.
The signage says temporarily stepped
away. I waited for several minutes but
did not see anyone go back to the desk.
The desk is cluttered with old
newspapers, booklets, and other hospital
information.
