but in accordance with tenancy laws. After deducting maintenance

It is common for industrial real estate to be categorized as a
separate type of real estate investment, even though it is used for
commercial purposes. Industrial real estate properties are mostly
used for processing raw materials. Any property that houses

buy a property. It's always ideal for engaging a lawyer who
understands the process to avoid paying fines or excessive taxes.
After an investor has considered their budget, they need to find
the best payment plan. Sourcing the funds, taking on a bank loan,
and choosing the repayment period are essential to understand
before proceeding with the process. In some instances, paying for
the property in installments rather than a single payment allows
them the flexibility to retain cash flow for other purposes without
having to pay exorbitant interest on installments.
