This document discusses Patrick Lencioni's ideal team player as being humble, hungry, and smart. It defines each trait and explains what happens when people are strong in only one area. Humble means being interested in others and focused on the greater good rather than oneself. Hungry refers to a strong work ethic and passion. Smart means having emotional intelligence. The best combination is having all three traits, while being strong in just one can lead to problems like being a pawn, bulldozer, or charmer. The document discusses the results of a study on the impact of COVID-19 lockdowns on air pollution.
