- Networking (it’s a pretty common attribute for PMs; exploit it) and Mentoring (don’t be afraid to ask someone for help, or mentor others – it can be inspiring). This doesn’t have to be in person anymore – blog, tweet and engage online if you’re too shy to do it in person.
