Regardless of languages, unlawful act can be done to any copyrighted works when the texts can be translated and used for commercial purpose. For example, one Korean novel’s storyline was being replicated a lot in the abovementioned novels without the owner knowing because of the language barrier, which was really unfortunate. These cases were surely noticed but being lifted at the same time because no one is responsible in pointing out the violation. Therefore, the infringement has become fairly unrealistic to the society and violation the whole purpose of copyrights. In addition, there are more infringements that take place in the society and the most significant one is the song plagiarism. It is actually common to find music beats that are similar since there are basically seven notes on the scale. However, the plagiarism of the song in general is due to the major similarity of the songs, include the tunes, vocal segments and the whole sound of the song to be precise. A song can be a remake or sampling if the credits are given but a lot of people still having a very vague idea about these terms. The listeners need to examine the songs carefully or the information can be mistaken and result in the tweak of the consequences. The composers need to give credit if they really use a part of other songs in theirs, if not, they can be accused of plagiarism. By any means, the infringement of song production has become a delicate issue and causing a lot of conflicts in the society. There has always been a failed attempt to prevent plagiarism in any kind, but what matters more is how worse it affects the individual. The last case is the artworks or paintings that fall into the infringement cycle. Artworks are known to be complicated and need personal creativity and skills for a single work to be completed. In the world of Internet, no one can actually find false and proof them effectively. People can easily “copy” people’s ideas and claim them as “inspiration”. However, that’s not always the case if there are hidden purposes behind all those actions and “blatantly imitated” as that. This can happen to the artworks, paintings, drawings and graphic designs. Therefore, all these infringements can be a lot more severe if the copied works finally have become copyrighted and it is not fair to the original creators. Some graphic making skills are actually common worldwide and very effective in the process of graphic designs. In other words, all these skills can actually become a job and make money through their graphic works. Hence, because of the temptation, some of those original works that have been all over the Internet have inevitably being violated. It is strongly not an option to ignore the fact that those works are being used in commercial purposes while the creator generously released them as non-credit works. This artworks infringement needs to be controlled or else it can be seen that there will be no other effective ways to protect this form of human rights.
