Terms and conditions of the contest If I were Invisible, of Invisalign, valid only for the UK and Germany, from September 17 to October 5, 2012.

1. #ifIwereInvisible Competition Terms and Conditions (the “Competition”)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) that govern the relationship
between you, the entrant (“you”, “your(s)”) and ALIGN TECHNOLOGY, B.V., Arlandaweg 161
1043 HS Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS (the “Promoter”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
ELIGIBILITY
1. The Competition is only open to residents in the UK and Germany aged eighteen (18) or over
who either have a valid and active Twitter account.
2. The following are not eligible to participate in this Competition: (i) employees of the Promoter,
its respective subsidiaries and associated companies, any advertising and promotional
agencies or the prize suppliers, (ii) immediate family members of such employees or of
anyone with whom such employees are domiciled and (iii) the independent observer. In these
Terms and Conditions, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons,
daughters or spouse.
3. By entering the Competition you agree that you have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to
enter the Competition and agree to the Terms and Conditions (i.e. that you are of sufficient
age and mental capacity and are entitled to be legally bound in contract).
HOW TO ENTER
4. To participate in the Competition you will need to, during the Entry Period:
(a) Become a Follower of our Twitter profiles:
@ukinvisalign - if you are resident in the UK; and
@invisalign_de if you are resident in Germany
(b) send a tweet describing what you would do if you were invisible, accompanied with the
hashtag #ifiwereinvisible
("Entr(y)(ies)").
5. There is no restriction on the number of Entries you can make, but you can only win one (1)
prize.
6. Multiple retweets of your Entry will not count as multiple entries to the Competition.
ENTRY PERIOD
7. The Competition opens at 00:00:01 am (CET) on 17 September 2012 and closes at 23:59:59
pm on 05 October 2012 (the “Entry Period”) and only entries received by or on behalf of the
Promoter during the Entry Period will be accepted into the Competition.
8. Your Entry must comply with any Twitter requirements.

2. 9. You should not provide any materials or information that you do not want published on Twitter
or presented to other users.
10. By submitting your Entry to the Competition, you agree that your Entry:
(a) is your own original work, that you are the sole creator, author and owner of the Entry
and that you have the right to make it available to us for all purposes of the Competition
and no other persons appear in the Entry.
(b) is not defamatory or offensive; and
(c) does not infringe any law or any third party rights, for example: any trade mark or
copyright or otherwise violates anyone’s right of privacy or publicity.
11. You agree to allow us to use your Entry for the purpose of the Competition and all other
purposes in connection with the Competition.
PRIZE
12. There are a total of [twenty (20)] prizes, which will be divided into ten (10) prizes for each
country from all eligible Entries from the UK and Germany. Each winner will receive one (1)
Amazon gift card for the sum of seventy-five Euros (€75).
13. The prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable or convertible to cash or
other substitutes. If due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to provide the
stated prizes, we reserve the right to award substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
14. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer or supplier.
PRIZE DRAW
15. All eligible Entries received by us during the Entry Period will be judged by a panel of three (3)
judges chosen by us and will include one (1) independent judge (“Judging Panel”).
16. The Judging Panel will select twenty (20) winners on October 8 ("Judging Date") at Territorio
Creativo S.L. of Calle Eloy Gonzalo, 27 - 28010 Madrid, Spain in accordance with the
Judging Criteria and with these Terms and Condition as follows:
(a) ten (10) winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period
from the UK; and
(b) ten (10) winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period
from the Germany.

17. The winning Entries will be the Entries which the Judging Panel deem which are the most
original and creative ("Judging Criteria").
18. We will notify winner(s) within [fourteen (14) days] days of the Judging Date via the private
message function on Twitter and we will ask each winner for an email address to which we
can send the prize. The winners need to accept their prize by returning a confirmation e-mail
within [fourteen (14) days] of notification including details of their postal address. We will send
out the prize within [fourteen (14) days] of receipt of each winner's email address.
19. We reserve the right to select alternative winners in the event that:

3. (a) a winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days of the
Judging Date; or
(b) a winner does not comply with these Term and Conditions or we have reasonable
grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions;
or
(c) a winner does not comply with Twitter, Facebook or Instagram terms, conditions and
policies; or
(c) if a winner does not accept a prize within the specified time period.
20. A list of winners and their home county will be available for one (1) month after the end of the
Entry Period on the Competition Website (defined below) or by sending a stamped self
addressed envelope to Territorio Creativo S.L. of Calle Eloy Gonzalo, 27 - 28010 Madrid,
Spain.
GENERAL:
21. By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by:
(a) these Terms and Conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or
without notice);
(b) by our decisions and those of the Judging Panel, which are final in all matters relating to
these Terms and Conditions, the Competition, the winners' selection and no
correspondence or discussion shall be entered into;
(c) Twitter's terms, conditions and policies; and
22. All information provided by you in connection with this Competition is provided to us directly
and not to Twitter and this Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by,
or associated with Twitter. For the avoidance of doubt, Twitter shall have no responsibility or
liability to you in respect of this Competition.
23. All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised Terms and Conditions on
http://www.facebook.com/Invisalign.de and http://www.facebook.com/Invisalign.uk (the
“Competition Website”).
24. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all Entries become our property and will not be
returned.
25. We accept no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, line failure, theft or
destruction or unauthorised access to Entries, for Entries lost or delayed whether or not
arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other
causes outside its control (to the fullest extent permitted by law).
26. You shall be solely responsible for the content of your Entry submitted to this Competition
and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any liability, claims and
demands arising in connection with the content of your Entry submitted to this Competition.
27. Personal information collected from you will be used by us solely in connection with the
Competition and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of operating
the Competition, fulfilling prizes where applicable and otherwise in accordance with these

4. Terms and Conditions. The declared prize winners’ information will be shared by the Judging
Panel with us, specifically the winner’s name and Twitter address / username, only to the
extent that this information is required to award the prizes for this Competition.
28. By entering this Competition, you agree to the use of your name, address, and or photograph
or other likeness, as well as your appearance at publicity events without any additional
compensation and as required by the Promoter if you are declared a winner. By entering this
Competition you grant to us a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use,
publish, distribute, broadcast, display, make available, copy and modify the photograph in all
media whether existing or hereinafter devised, in particular all digital and online media,
printed media, social media for publicity activities related to or in connection with this
Competition if you are a winner.
29. If you are resident in the UK, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with
this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
30. If you are resident in Germany, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with German law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with
this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Germany.
31. If you are resident in Italy, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with Italian law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this
Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian Courts.
32. If you are resident in France, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with French law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with
this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French Courts.
33. If you are resident in Spain, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with Spanish law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this
Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts.
34. The Competition is administered by Territorio Creativo, S.L. of Calle Eloy Gonzalo 27, 28010,
Madrid, Spain (the "Administrator") and by entering the Competition you consent to the
Administrator's handling your Entry and for the purposes of administering this Competition
you grant the Administrator all similar rights and authorisations that you have granted to us in
these Terms and Conditions.
