1. IDP/CP viva Guidelines 2012 – 13

1. Viva voce for IDP/CP will be held on 16th January, 2013
2. Viva will have the weightage of 50 marks and it is a part of continuous evaluation
component
3. The Evaluation of the Students at the end of Sem-III will be done on the basis of Final
Proposal prepared by Each group/individual and the presentation made before the
examiners panel.
4. The format for PowerPoint presentation is available on FTP server
5. Each group will have to present their topic for 10 - 15 minutes (Or as per the discretion
of examiner)
6. Final Proposal of Each group/individual in Sem-III containing 10 – 15 pages will be
evaluated by the Examiners. So Each group/individual has to bring the hard copy of their
IDP/CP Proposal on the day of viva.
7. Each group/individual will have to approve their presentation with their respective
internal guides on or before 15th January 2013.
8. Each group/individual will have to submit their presentation (Soft Copy) with Mr. Nikhil
Shukla on or before 9:00 am on the day of viva.
9. Formals (Blazer) and Identity Card are compulsory on the day of viva.
