iData helps developmental disability agencies with various services including provider search functionality, support administrator referrals, client data systems, custom development and web development. The provider search allows consumers/caregivers to search for providers and then contact providers directly. For support administrator referrals, support administrators enter referral information, a coordinator reviews and approves the referrals, and then the referrals are published to a secure, searchable database where providers can find consumers they can serve and contact the support administrator.
