Service members are encouraged to prepare wills and powers of attorney before deploying by filling out worksheets online through the Air Force Legal Assistance website and then scheduling an appointment with the Gowen Field legal office to complete the documents. Visitors to the website can find will and power of attorney worksheets, fill them out, and email their ticket number to the provided email addresses or call 208-422-5466 with any other questions.

To prepare for deployments, it's important for service
members to get their legal affairs in order. Now you
can fill out your will or power of attorney worksheet on
the Air Force Legal Assistance website and make an
appointment with the Gowen Field legal office to
complete them. Just follow the steps below from a
Windows/Mac PC:
1. Visit https://aflegalassistance.law.af.mil
2. Complete Will or POA worksheet
3. Email ticket # to alisha.c.allen.mil@mail.mil
