What are ice creams?!

Ice cream (derived from earlier iced cream or cream ice) is a 
frozen dessert usually made from dairy products, such as milk 
and cream and often combined with fruits or other 
ingredients and flavours. Most varieties contain sugar, 
although some are made with other sweeteners. In some 
cases, artificial flavourings and colourings are used in 
addition to, or instead of, the natural ingredients.The result is

Facts about ice creams… 
An ice-cream headache, also known as brain freeze and • 
is also considered a misnomer pain. It is caused by 
having something cold touch the roof of the mouth 
(palate), and is believed to result from a nerve response 
causing rapid constriction and swelling of blood vessels 
or a "referring" of pain from the roof of the mouth to 
the head. Ice cream headaches”result from quickly 
eating or drinking very cold substances”.
Ice cream history… 
1)In the Persian Empire, people would pour grape-juice concentrate over – 
snow, in a bowl, and eat this as a treat. This was done primarily when the 
weather was hot, using snow 
2)Ancient civilizations have served ice for cold foods for thousands of years. – 
The BBC reports that a frozen mixture of milk and rice was used in China 
around 200 BC. 
3)Arabs used milk as a major ingredient in the production of ice – 
cream[citation needed] and sweetened it with sugar rather than fruit juices. 
It was flavoured with rosewater, dried fruits and nuts.

Frozen dessert is the generic name for desserts made by 
freezing liquids, semi-solids, and sometimes even solids. 
They may be based on flavored water (shave ice, sorbet, 
snow cones, etc.), on fruit purées (such as sorbet), on 
milk and cream (most ice creams), on custard (frozen 
and some ice creams), on mousse and others.custard
