4 week contest   JanuaRy 16th-FebRuaRy 12th
entry fee = $35 or $60 to participate in both groups

all participants get a cool ‘I Will’ tee shirt

One winner from each group will win $250 and 5 one-on-one sessions

to qualify all participants must check-in to the club at least three times per week during the contest

    Join the next RebOOt nutRItIOn session
                                                       the ‘300 Workout’ three times per week
    Receive 4 boot camp sesions to help you
    shed the lbs                                       Five classes per week
                                                       (3 aerobics, 2 wellness)
    the person that has lost the largest
    percentage of body weight by the end               three boot camp classes per week
    of the contest will win the grand prize
                                                       Create your own fitness goal



On FebRuaRy 18th we will host the ninth annual         ‘I WIll FItness and Wellness
FInale’. everyone from the two groups will be invited to participate in 150 minutes of
fitness and wellness challenge. all nutrition participants will weigh in at the finale and
are invited to participate in the finale. after the festivities we will choose the ‘burn Fat’
winner and the ‘Get Fit’ winner.
