This document discusses two models for integrating ICT into educational institutions in a sustainable way:
1) Using accredited internet cafes as access points for schools by having them implement ICT learning modules. An accreditation board would ensure cafes meet standards for equipment, connectivity, and operator skills and commitment.
2) Schools have limited computer resources and prioritize student over teacher access. The models aim to expand access through community internet cafes. Funding would come from local governments, sponsors, and development funds.
