Everybody is rushing in their busy life denying these children for a meal which will cost less than 0.5 % of their monthly salary. Searching for a project in the Community Outreach me and my team encountered with these little kids begging for a meal and we decided that we will provide them a meal and knowledge how they can improve their life in future.

I grew up in a bilingual family, and I personally have
experienced the process from unfamiliarity to familiarity living in
different countries and culture. I received abundance love and
support from the community and that is how I was motivated to
give back the love.
I enjoy the presence of people and the sense of belonging in a

Empowering Coach
My mentoring experience with elementary school children at
Bryant elementary school was a profound experience.
It really provided me the opportunity to be an empowering coach
and fostering self-growth. My weekly conversations with my
mentee was engaged and fun. We built a strong and productive
relationship as I gave both constructive criticism and positive
feedback to my mentee. I was able to show my vulnerability and
share personal stories , like the time when I had set backs and
how I overcome it , to my mentee and help him open up and stay
positive. I created a culturally environment that my mentee would
feel confortable with I have the determination and tenacity for
empowerment to change. We not only successfully aced the final
science project, but also more importantly, I changed his attitude
toward having a mentor. I was very grateful to have a positive
impact in his life.

Leadership Philosophy
“Leader” – promotes potential
personal growth.
“Ship” – emphasizes
connections bonding with
others and sense of community.
The essence of leadership is
helping others. A leader should
always stay humble and have
an open heart to serve as a
“public servant”.

Leadership Philosophy
Leadership provides an
opportunity to support equity
and global interactions. It
creates community that allows
dialogue to flow without
language barriers.
My leadership principles are
integrity, persistence, tenacity
and a committed heart
We are all Leaders!
Leadership is no longer a piece
of paper , it no longer needs
hierarchy to define its meaning.
Leadership is all about serving
others, creating open doors for
people to show vulnerability
and inner strength.
Leadership is about creating a
better self and ultimately a well-
formed society.

The Next Step ……
Commit to public service and utilize my knowledge in academia
to do good deeds for the community
My future goal is to be involved in public policy and healthcare
institutions. I plan to continue on guiding myself to serve others
through research and endeavor to make changes.
My biggest hope is for people living in poverty and low income
spectrum to get accessible public and private service,
especially education. And find happiness of their own!
