How to fight
against nature
WHEN YOU CAN’T GET UP
WHEN IT IS TOO DARK
OUTSIDE IN WINTER
 Aswe are all different, we need different
 approaches to solving our problems…

 Some of us can do it ourselves but some need
 external help!

 But there
are a number of solutions applicable for
every problem! Here are some examples:
    Be brave Do something unusual
                         about it
    Use imagination Study more
So here are the ways mentioned
concerning this particular problem
(difficulties with getting up because of lack
of sunshine):

 Thinkof those who do yoga. They step on needles
and you just need to get up!

                                       Feel brave…
…be brave!
PUT A GLASS OF COLD WATER NEAR
YOUR BED AND TOUCH IT AS YOU WAKE
                UP!
Use IMAGINATION

 All creative people must have this aspect
developed! Everything we have must help
  us!
 PULL THE CURTAINS DOWN IN THE EVENING
SO THAT YOU DON’T SEE WHAT’S GOING
ON OUTSIDE. DON’T OPEN YOUR EYES TILL
YOU IMAGINE THAT IT IS A BRIGHT DAY IN
  THE STREET!
 A CURTAIN IS JUST A SHIELD, NOTHING
  MORE
Do something about your
problem
 None of the problems would have been
sold if people hadn’t sought for solutions..

 Do something striking and unusual!
MOVE CLOSER TO THE
      EQUATOR!
   THERE IS ALWAYS
LOOOOOTS OF SUNSHINE!
Study more
 Nosolution cab be found without deep,
 deep knowledge. So, read, study,
 observe!

 START STUDYING YOUR BODY AND
SLEEPING CYCLE! THIS IS THE EASIEST WAY
TO DISCOVER WHAT YOUR BODY REACTS
                   TO!
 And the last tip…

                         EAT ENDORPHINS AND
                        SUNSHINE-CONTAINING
                                   VITAMINS!
I WISH YOU REALLY GOOD
  WINTER MORNINGS! 
