Experts agree that while there are no legal regulations, an ideal surrogate mother should be at least 21 years old, have previously given birth to a healthy baby, and pass a psychological screening to ensure she is mentally fit. She must also be physically healthy with no medical conditions, willingly sign a contract outlining her role, and comfortably agree to prenatal care and giving up the baby after birth.

surrogate. According to law there are no mandatory
regulations. However, experts have narrowed down and
agreed on few qualities that a surrogate mother should
have.
