To be a leader you should know about the teamwork. You should know about
the responsibilities, and you should know about Leadership.
If you work hard or you have a good technicality, That does not mean that you should
be a leader.

‫نفسك‬ ‫تفرض‬ ‫ال‬‫و‬‫العلم‬ ‫تملك‬ ‫كأنك‬‫و‬‫السابقين‬ ‫مجھود‬ ‫تنكر‬ ‫و‬ ‫المعرفة‬
2- Responsibility:
* Be ready to take the responsibility of your team ‫الفريق‬ ‫مع‬ ‫المسئولية‬ ‫تحمل‬
* Avoid blame (a.k.a. throwing people under the bus) & Provide Constructive Criticism
‫اللوم‬ ‫تجنب‬‫و‬‫البناء‬ ‫النقد‬ ‫قدم‬
* Environment in which people are so afraid to make mistakes that they don't spend
enough time doing the proactive and creative work necessary to avoid future
problems

Build the team with relation.

* You are the leader. That does not mean that you have a monopoly on all of the good
ideas.

You are one of the team. You are not important more than them.
