Dean’s List for undergraduate academic excellence – This award was given for the
academic years of sophomore through senior year. A recognition award given each
semester for an achieve grade point average 3.5 or above (2005-2007).
Gates Millennium scholarship – This scholarship is awarded to students based on their
academic achievements and provides students with full tuition to the institute of their
choice (August 2003 – Present).
Life Scholarship – This award was given for my undergraduate coursework because of
my high GPA and high class rank which showed my commitment to academic (August

2. Sirrine Scholarship – This scholarship is awarded to student like myself continuing onto
college who have high academic standing within the school of which only two students
are selected from the high school graduating class (August 2003-May 2007).
Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) – Received the highest award and two
silver medals for competing against other schools in the subject matters encompassing
dental terminology, certified nursing assistant and medical terminology. The medals are
awarded only for achievement at the state wide level which I obtained. I also participated
at the national level and received participation certificate (June 2004).
