Short listed resumes are called and scheduled for tech and Interview schedule is informed to the respective
HR round on a weekend source to ensure minimal no shows
Candidate to submit all documents required for BGC Interview is conducted and results of the same are
at the time of interview communicated to the source and candidate
Offers rolled out, BGC initiated Candidate/Resource Manager informed on the result of
BGC report
