ORDER 
THIS CAUSE for DIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT OF COURT was heard on 
October 6th, 2014. Upon due deliberations, advice of counsel, and evaluation of the evidence 
presented, this Court FINDS : 
That Herbert Walker III was continuously in violation of direct court orders, warnings 
and admonishments. Mr. Walker was ordered to conduct himself in a respectful and professional 
manner, to refrain from interrupting the court, that he not continue arguing after the court has 
ruled, and that he not make speaking objections. Mr. Walker has violated all of these orders 
continuously. Mr. Wallker has interrupted the court and spoken out of turn on more than fifteen 
occasions. He has made speaking objections more than ten times, so much so that the court gave 
him examples of the difference between speaking objections and non speaking objections. Mr. 
Walker turned his back to the court and pontificated his arguments to the audience during legal 
argument to the court evidencing his continuous disrespected the court and ultimately in front of 
the jury during his closing argument and after an objection from the State was sustained he said 
“this is ridiculous” disrupting the administration of justice and disrespecting the court to the 
extent that the jurors were removed from the court room to determine how best to handle the 
situation. All conduct occurred in the presence of this court.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Herbert Walker III is to stand conviction of 
Contempt of Court and is sentences to a Two hundred and fifty dollar fine to be paid in a cashier 
check to the court made out to a charity of his choice within 30 days.
