A friend has been declared bankrupt for debts of £30,000, so all his properties including the house are now part of the bankruptcy. His wife contributed £45,000 to the house but it is under her husband's name. She wants to know if she can prove her husband did not pay anything towards the house to save it from being part of the bankruptcy.
