Block E Health Buzz is an oral presentation assignment for Grade 7 Health class where students choose a health topic and present for 3-5 minutes. Students are assessed on using a visual aid like a picture board or PowerPoint with a maximum of 5 slides. Presentations must be interesting, informative by including sources, unique, relevant to teenagers, and students must use notes, not read from the screen. A schedule provides the dates from January to May when different students will present.

• Should be interesting and informative (must include sources of information in a bibliography)
• Should be unique (do not repeat a previous issue)
• Must be relevant and meaningful to teenagers
• Must use notes to guide you – do not look at the screen
