- #2 Hello, this is Joe Panayiotou from Nutanix Xpert Services, and today we’ll walk through the services offering for the Nutanix HCI Design Workshop Workshop service.
- #3 The HCI Design workshop service is intended to help customers design a solution based on Nutanix technologies to meet their business goals and objectives. It is primarily delivered in a workshop style fashion by meeting with the customer’s stakeholders, collecting requirements, constraints, risks and assumptions, and using those to develop a desired solution.
- #4 The deliverables for the HCI Design Workshop service are listed in the datasheet, they include: Project schedule Project status reports Requirements gathering and design workshops Architecture requirements and design documents Configuration workbook Design presentation Solution Operations Guide Solution Test Plan Project close out The Milestones will change with each level of service as seen in the “Task” chart.
- #5 For the Starter service, customers are limited to 1 hypervisor and 1 site which includes each of the bullet points in this slide. The hypervisor maybe any one of the Nutanix supported hypervisors.
- #6 For the Pro service, is designed for multiple hypervisor and multiple sites incorporating between on-prem and cloud-based services. Also, getting everything discussed in the starter service plus the addition service wrapped around Files\Nutanix Objects\ or Volumes.
- #7 For the Ultimate server, everything discussed in Starter and Pro services are included with Ultimate with the additional design work for RBAC, Nutanix Files\Objects\Volumes all three are included and design around security using Nutanix Flow for Micro-segmentation.
